and Quality Officer

Harry is Pplus Medical’s Sales & Marketing Manager and Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC), bringing together a unique combination of regulatory rigour, and creative brand building.

A 2023 MPhys graduate from the University of Portsmouth, Harry built a strong foundation in physics and data-driven problem-solving during his academic career. His analytical skills—honed through research spanning statistical analysis, systems thinking, and technical communication—provided the perfect springboard into the medical device industry.

Harry’s journey with Pplus began in 2022 through a SEPNET internship, where early exposure to medical innovation sparked a passion for regulatory excellence and product development. Recognising his potential, Pplus brought him on board as Innovation Manager & Quality Officer, where he led initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline internal processes.

His commitment to regulatory excellence led to his promotion to PRRC in 2024, a role in which he ensures Pplus’s unwavering adherence to EU MDR and ISO standards across all operations. As an ISO 13485 Certified Internal Auditor, Harry conducts rigorous audits and maintains compliance within Pplus’s regulated medical device environment.

In 2025, Harry expanded his remit to Sales & Marketing Manager, leveraging his global event experience, customer engagement skills, and creative branding expertise to expand Pplus’s international footprint. A self-taught graphic designer, he has provided Pplus with in-house design capabilities for marketing and promotional materials, ensuring the company’s visual identity matches the innovation behind its products.

Harry has represented Pplus at international conferences worldwide, cultivating a diverse network of clients and collaborators. Originally from Devon and now based in Portsmouth, he combines coastal creativity with a rigorous scientific mindset—a blend that serves Pplus exceptionally well as the company scales globally.
