A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Bahador launched his career in 2000 with Bio-Rad Laboratories, where he gained deep expertise in genetic and molecular biology technologies and commercial operations. This foundation proved invaluable as he built a distinguished career spanning genomics, diagnostics, and analytical instrumentation.

Over more than two decades, Bahador has established a proven track record in strategic partnerships, market expansion, and the introduction of advanced diagnostic technologies to regions where access to precision medicine has historically been limited.

As the lead investor and the commercial director at Pplus, Bahador brings invaluable market insight and distribution expertise, helping to extend the reach of innovative PRP technologies to new territories.
